Delivery & Returns Policy
We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, within 24 hours of receiving your order. However during peak times this timescale may not be possible, such as Christmas, Easter time, so please bear with us and we will keep you informed.
If for any reason there is a delay or an item is out of stock we will contact you straight away and give you choice of the options available at the time.
Shipping Options UK
All UK orders over £75 are FREE standard delivery (Royal Mail standard signed for 48hrs, 2-4 working days) signature required.
All UK orders under £75 are £3.95 First Class Royal Mail or £4.95 for Royal Mail standard signed 48hrs, 2-4 working days signature required.
For All UK orders we can provide a NEXT WORKING DAY service for £6.50 (on orders placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs) estimated delivery before 1pm and a signature is required.
Shipping Options EU & Ireland
EU Countries tracked and signed for delivery is £10.00 ( 2-4 working days) a signature is required.
Shippping Options USA & ROW
Standard delivery £15 Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery, a signature is required.
Any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customs and import charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Costs vary depending on value of your order and we would recommend you check this with your local authority before purchase. We do not have this information.
Returns - Refunds and Exchanges
If you don't love your item or the sizing doesn't work for you then please feel free to contact us ASAP. Email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please return your items within 7 days in the original packaging, unused and undamaged. Please note for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

We will process your refund the same day we receive your parcel.
We are not responsible for the cost of return postage and would recommend that you use registered delivery and obtain proof of postage.
No refunds or exchanges are given on products that fail to reach us.
We encourage you to handle your items with care, as damaged products caused by improper handling by the recipient is not our responsibility.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
